How Does It Work?

Sooo.... I don’t do surface-level coaching. That kind of work feels good at first - but then then you feel annoyed and deflated when the coaching for the results you have paid for - feels shallow and generic.

I am a motivated high-energy individual and I make sure my clients know this upfront - because I want you to succeed and this is how I get you there. It isn't for everyone, but it is for those who want accountability and have dreams that need to be achieved!

This style of coaching is about rebuilding how you think, how you show up and how your life actually runs - across your health, your wellbeing, your relationships and your direction.

We start with a Diagnostic Workbook so I can properly understand where you’re at and what’s really going on. From there, if we both feel aligned, I’ll invite you into a 12-month 1:1 coaching space.

It’s structured, it’s intentional, and it works. The results and reviews from my clients speak for themselves and they are winning because planning, accountability and structure (with flexibility and kindness) gets results.

Over the 12 months, we start with more support upfront - weekly sessions to get momentum. We then shift into fortnightly sessions and then monthly as you build consistency and capacity. 

The investment for better health and wellbeing, a revamped mindset and clear direction is $5,550 GST Inclusive.

Clients who commit to this don’t just “feel better” - Like after a massage or a sauna (those are also GREAT and I highly recommend!) they change how they live.

FAQ
Is this a diet plan?
No. This is structured individualised nourishment designed to support regulation (energy, mood, cravings, sleep) and build sustainable foundations that fit your real life.
What if I’m overwhelmed and don’t have time to cook?
That’s VERY common! Especially for busy working mothers and people in high-responsibility roles. Together, we focus on what is practical, family-friendly and food that is easy to prepare. We create systems and small changes that reduce stress, not add to it.
How do I know what support I need?
Start with a 1:1 consultation! Let's jump on a Zoom or if you are in Adelaide and have capacity - we can enjoy a cup of tea together in person. We’ll look at your pain points, stress load, how much sleep you're getting, daily rhythms and nutrition patterns. Then we choose the most appropriate next step.
It may be as simple as a once off chat! We might work together a little longer.
There is no one-size-fits all in my books - your care will come down to where you're at now and where you would like to be.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. We do recommend that you stay committed to fortnightly meetings for 12 weeks. Early cancellation is available, and this can be discussed during your 1:1.
