The Capacity Reset 3 hour intensive is a practical, straight-talking mindset session designed to help people remove the barriers they place in their own way to success. We reduce overwhelm, reset their baseline, and equip them with tools to function better in everyday life and work so people can show up consistently, not just push through.

Guest Speaking



Guest Speaking centres on resilience grounded in the belief that if I can, you can. Michelle shares her lived experience of school drop-out, homelessness, teen pregnancy, domestic violence, single parenting with burnout, and business liquidation following the collapse of her café roof during COVID, using it to deliver a powerful, honest message about rebuilding, capacity and moving forward.

With over 20 years in business, a background as a chef, and qualifications in nutrition and wellbeing, Michelle’s approach is grounded, direct and immediately usable. Her work blends tools, nutrition and straight-talking education with a delivery style that connects and keeps people engaged.

Michelle works closely with businesses, schools, councils and communities to improve how people show up each day - helping participants of her interactive and engaging workshops by increasing energy, focus and participation while supporting WHS-aligned wellbeing and psychosocial safety.

Michelle's focus is simple: build capacity early, before burnout and disengagement take hold.
