Elevate Capacity™ provides:
  • Non-clinical wellbeing and capability-building programs
  • Youth and adult education programs
  • Workshops, courses, and coaching
  • NDIS-aligned capacity-building supports
All services are educational and preventative in nature and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or clinical advice.


3. No Clinical or Medical Advice

All content, programs, and services:
  • Are provided for educational purposes only
  • Do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice
  • Should not replace professional advice from qualified practitioners
Participants are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support where required.


4. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:
  • You are over 18 years of age, or
  • You have appropriate guardian/consent arrangements in place
For NDIS participants, referrals must be made with appropriate consent.

5. Bookings & Payments

Workshops & Programs

  • Payment is required prior to participation unless otherwise agreed
  • Pricing is subject to change without notice

NDIS Services

  • Services may be invoiced in line with agreed service agreements
  • Pricing aligns with agreed rates at the time of engagement

6. Cancellations & Refunds

General Programs

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior may be rescheduled
  • Late cancellations or non-attendance may forfeit payment

NDIS Participants

  • Cancellation terms follow agreed service agreements and applicable guidelines

7. Participant Responsibility

Participants agree to:
  • Engage respectfully in sessions
  • Take responsibility for their own participation and outcomes
  • Follow any safety or facilitation guidelines provided
Elevate Capacity™ reserves the right to remove participants who engage in unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, including:
  • Program content
  • Workbooks
  • Frameworks (including Elevate Capacity™ and Elevate Entrepreneurs)
Remain the intellectual property of Michelle Gregory.
You may not:
  • Reproduce
  • Distribute
  • Modify
  • Use for commercial purposes
Without written permission.

9. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy.
Personal information collected is used solely for:
  • Service delivery
  • Communication
  • Administrative purposes
We do not share personal information without consent unless required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
  • Elevate Capacity™ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
  • Participation in programs is at your own discretion and risk
